Return & Exchange Policy – minimilano.pk

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

To qualify, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Have all tags and packaging intact
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID / invoice)

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at:

Provide:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Product images (in case of defect/damage)

Our team will review and guide you with the next steps.


Important Conditions (Read Carefully)

  • Customers will bear return courier charges unless the item is defective or wrong.
  • Items sent without approval will not be accepted.
  • We do not offer pick-up service in most cases — you’ll need to courier the item back.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear pictures/videos as proof

We will cover the return cost and offer:

  • Replacement OR
  • Full refund

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns/exchanges for:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized / stitched products
  • Used, washed, or damaged items by customer

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or design (subject to availability)
  • If the desired item is unavailable, you may choose another product or request store credit

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable in case of defective, damaged, or wrong items
  • For COD orders: refund will be issued via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa
  • Processing time: 5–7 working days after inspection
