We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Return / Exchange
To qualify, the item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have all tags and packaging intact
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID / invoice)
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at:

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Product images (in case of defect/damage)

Important Conditions (Read Carefully)
- Customers will bear return courier charges unless the item is defective or wrong.
- Items sent without approval will not be accepted.
- We do not offer pick-up service in most cases — you’ll need to courier the item back.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear pictures/videos as proof
We will cover the return cost and offer:
- Replacement OR
- Full refund
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns/exchanges for:
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized / stitched products
- Used, washed, or damaged items by customer
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size or design (subject to availability)
- If the desired item is unavailable, you may choose another product or request store credit
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable in case of defective, damaged, or wrong items
- For COD orders: refund will be issued via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa
- Processing time: 5–7 working days after inspection
